Tiong bahru got 5 staff now. I think they added part-timers.

Got 2 or 3 roving staff approaching queue, helping people to register and give sim card.

Very fast, was queueing around 20 minutes

I must have gotten a dud, SIM cannot connect to any network. Do I have to configure anything before usage?

Choose APN 'SH Data Postpaid' if offered. Else, manually add, save and use the following APN setting:

APN: shwap
MCC: 525
MNC: 05
APN type: default,supl

Don't modify the remaining APN settings.

Ubi 4.30pm, 2 minutes to collect, no queue

Yeah I was there around 5pm, straightaway got the SIM card within 3 mins

But the signal strength is machiam like M1 ,can be as high as -100+dBm ,sure drain battery on your HP


Oh and it supports VoLTE though

APN is a set of instructions sent to the carrier to let you connect to their network. Try again after restarting your phone.

Anyway the SIM card was inserted as usual, no network initially but was connected within a minute ,even without restarting the phone

Those who collected their today (May 18), do share your experience on the collection process.

They'll take photo of your physical IC so not sure why digital IC cannot.

Cui, you need to bring PHYSICAL IC, anything else is not supported as the app on the phone will detect and not pass the identificationcheck.

Cannot accept digital IC, take note.

FYI for those collecting tomorrow also, no verification for email etc.

Apparently my SIM is blocked from joining Starhub network, cannot register. I changed to a new phone and it says "SIM not provisioned"

SIM not provisioned means the SIM card is unactivated, or has been deactivated. Seek help from eight staff at the collection points.
