I did not know 1 ic can register 2 simcard. Anyway at sengkang using my wife phone:
Singtel 4G get 4x/2x
Eight get 12x/2x

Not sure why singtel postpaid so slow. Maybe it shared with my number.

how do you get such high dl? are you on a high floor?

I am ground level,
best I could get on singtel is 30+ mbps, starhub ~15mbps, Simba sometimes < 1mbps
