You are right and I think there are many others who were affected, especially for those who signed up online.

That's why I shared my bad experience and to warn others to reconsider their decision.

yeah saw a few people who visit HWZ are facing this issue. I believe there will be more people affected (non on HWZ) with SIM card not ship out to them.

Guess now the best choice is self collect.

Just to share, I applied online for SIM card delivery by mail. Received the SIM card on day 5. Activate and port-in without issue too.

Currently waiting for my second SIM card, should be arriving today or coming Monday.

I think only certain batch is having issue...

I chose SIM card delivery by post initially because both of their services centres (Lucky Plaza and Ubi) are quite far from my home as I am staying in Sembawang area. It was only after their unexpected service failure on the SIM card delivery that I had no choice and went to their Lucky Plaza branch.

Just to share, I applied online for SIM card delivery by mail. Received the SIM card on day 5. Activate and port-in without issue too.

You know what, the Eight CS team replied me this morning saying that "my unit number was missing" which was impossible cos my NRIC had my full address information shown clearly including my unit number. Wow! What an unexpected reply from the Eight CS team.

Just experienced the fastest port in ever.
11:20pm On giga esim, just sign up port in to eight esim. Right after completing the last step, payment. Straight away i received email from giga saying line terminated. also received eight's esim qr email. Added eight esim and everything is working.
Surprising Instant port in, never encountered before. Wondering is this normal for esim to esim?

giga and eight are subsidiary of starhub. fastest port in I reckon they are from same telco

if email no response. go down to the service centre, terminate on the spot, then port in.
