Means what ?

0 dollar plan , is free for the 6 apac countries or ?

VOLTE did not indicate incoming on roaming, not sure if its covered but quite tricky if its not as it will mislead the calls charges

Base plan 88min, but VOLTE 288mins on multiple category, are they really so smart to captured correctly?
If not it will end up in a sea of billing issue
And is it each category is isolated pool

I notice this eight vs zym 4g, the speed is so much slower. Eight 4g only about 100mbps compare to zym can speed between 480Mbps to 1Gbps.

Not sure about the VOLTE Outgoing in Roaming Destination Country, I would presume its VOLTE calls made to the roaming destination country, i.e user in Malaysia, made VOLTE in Malaysia to Malaysian number.
1GB free roaming in the 6 APAC countries.

Easy! You can top up directly at any of eight retailers or collection points. Check out the locations here. Stay tuned for more payment methods/top-up options.

6. What happens if I do not renew my plan?​

If you miss the date to renew your plan, you can renew it the next day. Visit our retailers near you!
At your plan expiry, the plan will go into a grace period of 60 days, during which you can receive SMS and notification to recharge.
After the 60 days, you will continue to receive SMS, however all unused wallet credit will be forfeited.
All unused credit will be non-refundable and exchangeable for cash.

3. I have given the wrong name or contact, what do I do?
No worries! Simply head down to your nearest eight collection points indicated above with your original identification documents to try eight’s network for FREE.

4. Can I collect the FREE Mobile on behalf of my family member?
Please bring your family member along as the regulation requires the family member to be physically present for registration.

5. Will I be charged after the FREE plan promotion?
We will never charge without your permission
We will reach out to you before the end of the promotion about future charges. Don’t worry, you are in control.

6. Can I Port In?

17. How do I terminate my eight mobile services?
If you wish to terminate before the end of the plan cycle, do write to help@eight.com.sg with the details below:
- Your name as per NRIC
- Your last 4 digit of NRIC or identification card
We are sad to see you go. Please give us a few days to process your request. We hope to see you back at eight!
You can also choose not to renew/recharge your plan. The plan will auotmatically move to a grace period of 60 days and subsequently terminate.

18. How can I transfer ownership of my mobile line?
We are sad to see you leave, but unfortunately, the functionality is not available. Please get your friend or family a new mobile line with us.
