I already used the $8 + $8 top up promotion (free plan). Thereafter, I received an SMS on seemingly a separate promotion, to subscribe to the $8 plan and get $8 top up. Just to confirm that it's a separate promotion. Thanks

what do i get for a free sim with eight? does it come with any data or call time or what?
As i said many many many times! There is NO MORE free plan. It has ended in 1 Sep 2024.

For new comers to this thread, no more free plan! The first post on this thread already mentioned, eight only have 2 plans now. Nothing about zero dollar plan!

i was asking "if i registered previously and successful, but i did not go and collect the sim card, can still go and collect now?"

none reply....

i had previously registered for eight mobile before it is officially launched... but i did not go to collect the sim when i received the email in may 2024... can i still go and collect the free sim?

FAQ also no use as the free plan has ended. Erased. Promo ended. That's why needed customer service support here.

Literally "customer" helping customers.

customerservice non existent
.lucky if any respond ..

Birds of paradise...
yes, that is the "best" part from MVNO :p

want customer service, need to pay for it, just like i was with MNO starhub, customer service is 24/7 via phone hotline. but the plan i was paying is more than double price of $8/mth

telco employ call centres to take all the calls, all these need "money" to run it..
