Indo's telkomsel is resolved. I can receive sms text now.
However, Indo's XL network still cannot receive as I asked two of my contacts who have XL numbers to send me sms.
I am trying to get my relative in Japan to send me a text.

I, too, would like to be detached from any presumptions made.

any info sharing in the earlier period was just to educate and for pure discussions to would-be-porters on eight's international sms receiving problem, as well as ibanking security level that a Cambodian bank has.
