You can top up $2 in your account (min. top up is $1) to make it $40. Then that would pay for 5 months of $8.

Got my top up into the wallet.. but how do I set payment to auto deduct monthly from the wallet? Do I need to disable the credit card recurring payment?

Under BILLING, ensure Auto-Recharge is Enabled

Can leave the credit card alone. When payment is due, system will check funds in the Wallet first, and only charge the credit card if there's insufficient.

I top up the Wallet from Shopee, and have the credit card there in case I forget to do it.

hi, I miss a payment due to a expired credit card and now the account is expired, have recharged to pay for that but the service for mobile call and data plan is not working. How do make it work? How do I actually pay to resume if I recharge, does the service automatically deduct when recharge? Pretty confusing.

Look I going cancel this eight this month, didn't really like it, due to unable to access in some stations.

Anyway , this is settled. It turns up one need to renew the plan again if one miss the payment and make recharge. Eight should have place the instruction there right on the plan selection page not just on FAQ page.

Does this change your billing cycle ?

I want to let some of my lines expire and renew so that all my lines are the exact billing cycle :ROFLMAO:

Yes. It does change the billing cycle, last month I let my line lapse over the month. And renew again 15 days later.

i.e billing date 28 Nov to 29 Dec 2024
Renewed on 14 Jan 2025, Bill cycle started 14 Jan and end 13 Feb 2025

I never say it is eight fault, have I? I saying my credit card expired so eight fail to charge, but I confused by what need to be done, not knowing by what recharge mean, and it will be better if instruction on the page telling me that I need to charge on the original plan again, not just merely recharge, so you get it? That's the reason I put the information here, because in here tend to give solution and suggestion. but I guess you are the odd one :}
