I ordered $28 from DV Tech at 1.18am this morning. Just received SMS from eight that $28 topup done. Checked wallet correct.

DV tech also sent chat message with image. Dealer bal $2096.

well i thnk new signup/port in should be entitle to the same promo since they said once you have recharge to your wallet.
