you can link your shopee to paylah express checkout payment, then get the $4 voucher from paylah app. This $4 voucher can be used on any merchant even without cashback logo.

If new sign up I am not sure. But if it's temp number I am sure they will state clearly it's a temp. If your login is what you chosen, then it should be correct. Do check your sms and also your email that is used for sign up. They sometimes send details to different channels. Sometimes only email, sometimes only sms.

What does your online mean? On shopee? Should be safe. Wait for about 7 days
