Certain custom ROM may have problems working with these Eight SIM cards eg. my crdroid 9.x Android 13 flashed XM Max 2 phones are really erratic with these cards.

Xm max 2 was launched in 2017, 7yo phone with modified rom. Not a fair judgement for Eight.

Anyone waiting to port their main line to 8? Is it risky?

Can always port out if have issue. but so far I did not encounter any issues using locally.

This Eight line everyday at least 1 spam call. Sometimes can be 3 daily

I press 1 for english then scold them them i pressed 1 for English and you cant speak English?

Or i put on an old man voice and play along with them. Then scold them Cao Ni Ma, the ultimate chinese insult apparently?

Or i hello hello hello then play a very sound or cough very loudly and cut them off.

Give us your number so we can divert all spam calls to you? In fact, those of us who use the line mainly for data, can divert ALL calls to you!

But seriously, out of my 2 lines all these weeks, only 1 call on 1 line. I ignore unfamiliar number on the whole, so

With their numbers starting with 988, some people could be "checking" to see if their preferred number's taken? Or just poked at random...

This person only knows 3 words. Nothing else.
He was persistantly asking me to "Come Down Now" without stating who/what/when/why/where when probed further. zzz

confirm is scammer la, ltr pretend to be ur friend, whichever name u say, they will say ya they are that person, then say ltr catch up but soon will ask u to transfer some funds to 'help' lol
