Hock Mobile does my M1 Maxx lines. I should be going back to them.

If we have the 2 free SIMs and want to subscribe to 1 $8 plan, can we upgrade 1 of the free SIMs and request port-in?

Hi I login to my account but seems like all options are grey out and not able to select.

Do I need to wait for a few days to access the options in Myaccount?

tried signing up online for (esim), keep cannot get pass ID collection, facial scan page, anyone encountering it?

since I port in, will they help me to terminate my previous telco, or I need to do it myself...
I opt for e-sim... now using 8 liao...
just don't want Kenna dual charge from telcos

cuz my past exp.. is the new telco will terminate my old telco on their end

no problem on my side...
using mac to apply, but using iPhone for all the scanning of card n face

New line can only be activated after old line is terminated.

i see. i though it was to do with me have 2 Free plan and trying the port in another line. But i tried signing up port in a paid line, also same issues. I tried between brave and chrome browser also cannot. Tried using desktop PC, sending link to my phone to verify also cannot. Tried signing up on my samsung phone also cannot. hmm. When did u sign up? not sure if there is too many people signing up at the moment.

maybe i'll try with MacOS, i don't have iPhone. thanks

I thought 1 IC max 2 SIM cards?
