i see. i though it was to do with me have 2 Free plan and trying the port in another line. But i tried signing up port in a paid line, also same issues. I tried between brave and chrome browser also cannot. Tried using desktop PC, sending link to my phone to verify also cannot. Tried signing up on my samsung phone also cannot. hmm. When did u sign up? not sure if there is too many people signing up at the moment.

maybe i'll try with MacOS, i don't have iPhone. thanks

i thought so too. That's why i tried signing up for the $8 plan, but still cannot get through.

yup, understand 1 person 2 free plan sim. hence, trying out if can sign 3rd sim (paid) one, but also failed.
Tried on desktop pc, samsung phone, and now macos, all failed. probably need to cancel 1 line. but i don't see any option to cancel 1 line

cuz our port-in process haven completed... we r still using the temp no.
after successful port-in... then we will rec otp on our original no.

I am not able to get OTP from their website. Any got the same issue?

No problem for me even though my speedtest is at an average of 13.49 Mb/s.

Yes
During request to port in, u are using a temp number. Check the esim email.

DO NOT cancel your original number.
recipient telco will contact donor telco to cancel the line and bring the number in.
no user interaction required. Just wait.

I emailed them yesterday on one of my free SIM card termination. Till now still haven’t replied, not sure they are overwhelmed or I miss out something in the email

should not have IC max 2 sims problem cannot sign up problem mah?
