no one is going to the citylink mall booth today?

can verify with the staff to double confirm:

1) if top up $84 in one go is equivalent to top up 3 x $28 to enjoy the 1 for 1 promo?

2) if there is limited bonus credits for this promo? is it per day? or whole 4 days limit? or is it individual store limit?

how come no bro here bother to double confirm with the staff on the above while a lot of them are at the event to top up.

You never read the whole thread and FB post. Everyone in the q ask the staff and show them the term and conditions stated. But the staff insisted topup 84 get 84.

If you are there, you probably will know the rush. I was attended while in the queue to do the top up, the only query I can think of is the $28x3 and $84 top up difference, and there is no difference. As for the port-in whether 1-4-1 will apply, i did not ask as i think he may really not know the answer as it seems his task is just helping the top up customers. But those who want to port in, as explained in my previous post, it should be fine as the top up is going into your account, when the temp no. is changed to port in no. the account balance and wallet info remain the same.

I would reckon so, just that it simply makes it a straight $84 top up to save the hassle of doing mutliple entries.
Eight change the promotion to 1 for 1 max 84 top up.

3x 28 no longer a concern now.

Another question to ask? Those top up before eight change to current promotion will get 1 for 1? Or stick to previous offer 3x 28?

There is still a risk until eight said all follow new promotion.

Thanks.

From what I see, it's more of them realizing that they didn't word their initial post according to their practice.

Obviously the team handles this promotion is less experience still learning. There is big room for improvement.

In business when you public a message, it could hold legal responsible.

The eight team need more brain storming. Be more mature. Think properly and carefully before do or implement anything. Ensure everything goes smoothing when execute.

In this case, the `eight` looks not stable. Just my personal thinking not against eight.

Thanks.

From my encounter with them the last couple of months, my impression is that the old staff/group is gone and with the acquisition of RedOne, they now have "newer" people to train "the Eight way".

I could be wrong, and I hope it's only teething problems, but my impression of them at the moment is err... ehm... hmm...

Same thoughts, think there's some internal changes within Eight itself. Hopefully the change is for the better.

obviously you did not get the point, the staff there top up sgd84 is a fact, but no one really 100% confirm that.

The staff also top up $84 for me. The question is whether it will get sgd84 is not certain.

Even eight fb has no confirmation from eight officially (black and white), if not this qns will not be asked so many times.
even now fb ppl are also asking the same thing.

FB promotion 1 for 1 top up is for last day which is today Sunday. Didn't mention any exact date.

Those who being top up 56 and 84 in the first 3 days please help update here let us know how the management handle all these cases which is customers requested top up 28, 28 and 28 but eight staff top up one shot 56 and 84. Update here after 7 working days whether receive nothing, 28 or in full 56 and 84.

Correct me if I am wrong and sorry if I missed out any important note from eight. I have nothing against eight.

Thanks.

If you told the staff you want to top up 3x 28, after paid money you will received 3 SMS for top up $28 each if the staff do 3x 28 for your top up. If received 1 SMS with 84 top up means one shot top up 84. That's the difference.

Some people said 56 and 84 entitled to get a min of free 28, the balance is up to eight to decide. I am not sure wehether it is true? Within 7 working days we will know the answer if eight don't answer now.

Sorry if I missed out any important note. I am talking about fact not against eight. Correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks.
