Instead of offering massive amount of data as "upgrades", it would've been better if they offered live chat or hotline tech support instead. Wasting a leave/off-day to go down to their service center which only opens on weekdays and during office hours for an urgent issue would eat up any savings gained from that 1 for 1 promos.

Answer their reply nicely high blood hot temper will not help. Don't try.

Give the staff times check this check that until song song lastly escalate. They will.

If the result is not what you want send a email to authority make them aware although reply will be under small claims department if I am not wrong. Nervous who?

In the end the deal will be honored. I hope.

so far i have no issue with eight that need to go down service centre to settle. so this part is fine.

only thing previously is that if change new phone, and if using eSIM, must go down to service centre to regenerate new QR to add. But good thing now they fix this which just need to pay sgd5 from credit balance (technical sgd2.50 becos of 1 for 1).
