Lol i ported to eight mobile from gomo to get the 2 months port in.

today im getting spammed by with thank you messages. (and it hasnt stopped. my plan already hitting 2028)
at which point should i contact support?

Guess it's 24 months free for ya lol.

Probably just give them a few days to sort this mess up, but if the SMS still comes in, better to just head down to their physical service center and let them know.

I'm also puzzled why you'd contact Eight's support team.

It's possible Eight was running a contest, one of the prizes was free service for a while, and you won. Congratulations.

Their lucky draw, their rules! They wrote "$288 worth of eight Mobile Credits," and it seems they've delivered on that prize. They didn't write "$288 added to your eight wallet."

I upgraded to 10.80 5G plan for a month to try and it works better, but my spare phone don't need 5G so I downgraded to 8 4G plan.

Its normal because Eight plan not a premium . Moreover the user base getting bigger and congestion happening
