Don't know what went wrong. I didn't get any emails after i selected the port in. I can only assume something went wrong during the process.

Right after I activated the eSim, i received an SMS telling me that the port-in was not successful.

does anyone has any idea what is the reason?

Your name and IC number same as registered from previous telco ?

1. yes can port in to the free 88 days plan 1st.

Successfully port over from Simba to Eight. But I am unable to receive incoming call and SMS. Able to call out and send sms. Anyone having same issue?

Yes, need to cancel one or if you wish to retain your "eight" free SIM, to port out 1 of 2 and then port in the "Non-Eight" SIM into Eight.

Anyone know if after 60 days grace, will the free number we choose and registered will go back to the pool for new users to choose for registration ?

yup apready emailed them, they said 3 to 5 business day.

worse case, will have to go down to lucky plaza or ubi.
