i applied for 88 days but i forgot to enter ndp code, but i still receive emails from eight and i went to the collection centre to collect sim card

Oh yes you can port over but do it before it expiry date
but you need to do it online
giga to eight should be fast for the process as they both from starhub

I guess it makes sense that Free plan does not have a payment arrangement however if you do keep the line either as $8 or $18 then there will be a payment arrangement option show up.

Free plan = No IDD = No call during roaming.
Call during roaming requires IDD minutes.
