Don't know how to take the initiative to Google for the answer is a huge problem.

Which information? The country code can easily Google. How to make IDD calls is in the Eight FAQ, which people should really just go and read and stop looking like an idiot.

I am not surprised when the new gens duno how to make calls overseas. In my office, some duno how to call overseas.

Some even don't know how to data roaming. How it works, overseas network not good, blame the the telco (I.e simba or eight) they signed up with

just signed up with Eight. i get the esim and was immediately informed by sms that porting-in failed due to Simba side. now sorting out with simba.

I ported simba to eight via online last week. on the same day night porting successful

I got held hostage by simba before when porting in to eight.

Reason: Account is suspended. Cos didn't pay for the next month charges

I am beginning to wonder, when Ubi boss say, "porting in from simba most problem" -- is the cause Simba, or their customers eg porting within the last week or so, mismatched ID etc. Usually due to not reading instructions.

signing up without reading the T&C, planning to exit without reading refreshed/updated T&C.
