Had the same problem on Thursday.
sms otp receives after its validity which is 5mins.

i received 5 mins later after my posting, 2nd at 4am and 3rd at 6am.

Wah, just now go retailer do a port in. Scanned NRIC and getting the sim card. Go home put in the sim card and received sms say port in request failed from vivify to eight.. has been using the same NRIC for many port in no problem. Only eight has problem....hahaha..think most people experience this also.

IT system and process need to improve la....eight

Anyone $0 plan got disconnected? I think it's haven't reached 88 days and Eight tried to auto charge me and it failed. Now the line is dead. Data seems to be moving but nothing can be loaded..
