This kind of thing have survivorship bias. Depends if they have cash to ride it out I think. Coz other MVNO from time to time also have very bad reviews

stick to singtel for premium service, and warm fuzzy premium feel when paying premium prices
consider gomo if you want economy class price

The vast majority of people who are happy couldn't be bothered to post there. Unhappy customers though will make special effort to make their unhappiness known.

I wouldn't be too fussed about it, majority are idiots. What do you expect for $8 per month? 24/7 hotline?

I keep saying Eight isn't for everyone; if you can't even be bothered to read the FAQ on your own, it's a good sign you should go somewhere else. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

The worst case scenario. I went out for meal. Left wallet at home. Wanna do digital pay for my meal but no network and ended up didn't take my meal and fainted on the way home.
