Anyone on iPhone gets voicemail?

On all my previous telcos, I didn’t get voicemails. I noticed that on eight, I get voicemail.

im referring to the voicemail function inside iPhone but as far as I know, the availability of the function is dependent on telco

I'm on Android 14 and when I receive a call and don't pick up, it just disconnects after some time. No voicemail feature available from the calling side.

Me!!! Getting a lot of worded voicemails from spam calls recently.

Previously on Zym/Cmlink no such voicemail.

Oh, I like having the voicemail feature since iOS gives a transcription for me to read. Was just wondering if the feature is unique to eight.

it was a much publicised feature of iPhone when it first debuted but was all along not available in Singapore. So I’m really happy to have it now.

But thanks for letting me know where to turn it off!
