cannot see any deduction of the mins from the eight account
but i received sms alert the cross 50%

spoke with eight via email and was told roaming calls is different from idd mins.. i am confuse where to track sia

hmmmm... isn't any roaming calls considered IDD calls in Eight's definition.

cos eight told me roaming calls is different from idd calls
not sure they provide correct info or not
all the while i was assuming roaming calls park under 288 idd calls

A lot of hidden information they are not showing to us.

Another thing they should show to us is the actual balance expiry date. We know it's 60 days grace period, but surely showing the actual balance expiry date isn't difficult to do, and it's useful for us. Also it prevents customer disputes.

Heya shows the balance expiry date clearly in their app.

Was pretty much automatic / seamless for me to connect to Wireless SGx on Eight.

I didn't even install or use the app. Just connect to the correct SSID.

Speedtests show 10 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down.

On wireless sgx SingTel neywork, shows 110mbps

im hoping for this too. im in the 60 days zone at the moment. how many days left till 60 im unsure

honestly its not worth the effort to keep ask them for something unclear
ask them revise or as a their registered customer cc imda to ask them revise something that is clearer
save their time and save customer time and save potential future imda time

roaming good or bad actually depend on their thai telco
just like m1 is poor, europe is excellent
because in a way they buy their bandwidth only

yeah so far dtac or ais (only two telco in thailand), both network okay
but ais i supposed ais should be much better... that one is under singtel

That is what is mentioned by the CIS, based on what is written it should be 288 each, but seems like their communication never differentiate between the 3. So your guess is as good as mine.

but based on the call usage under details i did the count, they lump together with incoming and outgoing.. that was why hit 50% usage if both add up, so not sure how it works

Personally I am not surprise they did that, even though that is not what the CIS say. 3 different 288 minutes would have been very nice though.
