where got slow upload sia

my eight upload 50mbps

My speed test at home not as good as yours. My at home result is about 50% of yours for both download and upload. I suspect it’s because I only get 2 bars reception at home

just now I tried speed test coz I’m now in train on downtown line around Rochor. Result is comparable to yours, but my reception in this location is 4 bars

Almost immediately. At most 10 mins

I only received an email that "Thanks for choosing eight!" with payment received by them, but no QR code to scan.

Check your Junk/Spam box for next few emails...
Because Eight send multiple emails consecutively right after signup, Hotmail/Gmail think it's spam.

Login individually cos login is using sms otp.

Still not very sure about the IDD minutes work.

Does it mean, if i am overseas (e.g., China) at any of the 21 countries, I can within the allocated mins:
- receive calls from and make calls to local China phone numbers? ie., just call +86 xxx
- receive calls from and make calls to Singapore phone numbers? Ie. just call +65 xxxx

Just tested at Raffles Holland V. Download 83Mbps, upload 39Mbps.

Anyway I have already experienced it with the 2 free SIM before.

Going to Taiwan in Dec. Hopefully the roaming also smooth.

"You go to "Recharge", DO NOT select Plan, click "Main Balance", then you should see a horizontal scroll bar, then your plan will auto change to double eight plan if you have $8 or above in your Main Balance."
but does not work.
can the experts here guide me to upgrade? thanks.

Just signed up for eight mobile, tried on Thursday travelling from Jurong to amk. Experienced a brief spike in ms (was trying out by playing ml) between bukit Gombak to cck. Not sure if anyone experienced this too.

What'd be the difference if you just select plan directly?

IIRC that's what I did. Straightforward.
