perhaps your phone not on their supported list. can check and verify.

I notice in high-rise, at west area, signal always very low.. but central, east side at workplace full bar. Previously on starhub and giga.. complain also they do nothing to improve signal at west side

depend where u complain
cso brush u off
higher level, give u prettier reply but similar as above (this will still vary, above is base on m1 and stinktel)
imda tell u to move on

unless u are vip, even $500 a month is not vip
its status vip known in public else pointless

Share holder complain also no use.
I think there's so much they can do to improve esp when infrastructure costs are involved..

hey guys, i am planning to port over to eight from circles(1gb plan).

is it recommended to port over online via eight's website or go to their retailers shops?

I havent tried going retailers.
but did port-in before via online and waited to physical sim.

my personal experience is that it's alright - no issue for me, all smooth.

Bro champion went to port from SingTel to eight and chose esim by mistake…now want to choose back to physical sim can? eSIM QR code not activated yet

I think there's so much they can do to improve esp when infrastructure costs are involved..

even if its below imda benchmark, its still meh
coverage is something that can be done
its just want a yes or no

one recent example is public infra (dodgy for years)

it went up news with all singing song its fixed despite it was all along ignored
even stinktel managment many chirping ignoring the issue

this also show, no one can be trusted
