Thks for suggestion. I know Giga is 1234 but reluctant to try for Eight because i already got one failed attempt when i thought it was asking for my hp PIN. Hoping someone knows the actual number - Eight doesn't really have any help line to inquire

Can check.. The recharge date is recharge for the coming month or the previous. Month?

Anyone has issues with calling now?

My calls can't get through and cannot receive calls either.

Does Eight have any contact number?

My data got issue also.. Not sure isst recharge issue... Knn deduct mine money liaoz then I check account. No recharge.. Cheese pie.

My data was fine. Only the normal calls had issue.

Couldn't make or receive calls in the morning. Then it was ok around noon and then back to having issues again.

Cheese pie eight.. Checked mine credit card deducted 3 x $8 recently for mine 3 lines.. N 1 of the line is not recharge.. Fxxking dumb telco.. I manual recharge the balance.. Now inside got $8 but not deducted... Can port out from this idiot telco liaoz... Last time whatsapp and email still got reply.. Now is like email to ghost.

my 8 starting to get slow also. Gonna port back to Giga soon (if I remember)

Damed stupid app.. Not sure why the auto recharge is disabled.. Then I see mine credit card deduct 3 x $8. I go app did a manual recharge then now line back... Knn.. Use for so many months no issue this month got issue..

Was at JB Aeon Bt Indah last week and the connection at some shops/area was very bad, had to walk out quite far to get network to open Youtrip app. Anyone had similar situations before? Is it due to Eight & their partnership with Maxis or just bad luck that the particular area is not well covered?
