Just received my eight Sim card via mail. Activated it, everything is OK except can't call out or call the eight mobile number. No tone. Messenging and surf net is okie. Weird.. Anyone encounter such issue? Think got to go down to service counter later on

My old phone had the same issue. Didnt support VOLTE. If yours is old phone, its the phone issue. If new phone, enable the volte option.

U mean call uk local num abroad? I happened to see one guy post some setting when roaming euro from telegram chat, US calling local abroad no issue, now I can’t find.

if u have no issues and intend to stay with that for quite a lot time can consider whack a few of them or whack all the way

U mean call uk local num abroad? I happened to see one guy post some setting when roaming euro from telegram chat, US calling local abroad no issue, now I can’t find.

I mean calling to a UK number from SG.

Understand that the UK is not included in the IDD Supported Destinations but I'm ok to pay the IDD rates.

Anyone know what happens at the end of the billing cycle and u don't topup? Auto cut off data and can't receive/make calls? Or is it like other telcos? I'm confused whether Eight is prepaid or postpaid and I've using it for awhile now lol

After plan ended, will go into 60 days grace period.
-no data
-cannot call/receive call.
-can receive sms
-can whatapps via wifi.
