Strictly speaking, it is a head-to-head competition with Simba as Eight is operated by Starhub itself, not a client.Good if they can, but I won't ask an MVNO to match an MNO...

Don't need to think already, since they've said No in their FB posts. If only they have 5G ...
If they have 5G, I think it will not be $8 anymore.Don't need to think already, since they've said No in their FB posts.
True. Since they've started monthly rates for their 1st anniversary, not surprise if they charge more in order to meet demand for 5G.If they have 5G, I think it will not be $8 anymore.![]()

Automatic network selection generally works fine. If and only if you're unhappy with the automatic selection, try manually selecting a roaming network.Going to JB tomorrow with my 8 mobile sim card. Need to manually select the telco there or set to automatically select can already?
No issues for me, I get my SMS OTPs within seconds.Have the same issue. It seems 8's SMS OTP slower than other telcos.

$4 that's half of Eight.
In that case, those home bb 10gbps also siaolang. You run dc or television station at homeThe most important part for me now is the n1 band (2100mhz) that 5G is on.
Speed is not the fastest (not the n78 3500mhz band) but n1 is another band for reception where instances of places using 4G LTE B3,7,38 of Starhub doesn't give any signal or coverage. I see it as giving me another band to latch on. More options the better.
The latest spectrum for 5g is n28 (700mhz APT) that is meant for further indoor penetration signal. Waiting for them to farm. Singtel started end Oct 2024 with this, and this past June the payment from starhub seems to be through to IMDA.
I'm not into those speedtest nutcases that gives me a feel good factor seeing the speed going past 1000mbps and flexing it on the net. I just want data to flow everywhere, basically load a webpage or send a message successfully, wherever I go.
was all along ok..till couple days ago..hahaHave the same issue. It seems 8's SMS OTP slower than other telcos.
how u guys setup the passkey thingy ar?can use passkey, that is, if you trust google password manager.
