hopefully eight allow seniors to sign up online, then allow their family members to collect the SIM card on their behalf at the SIM Card collection points.

• Can someone head to the eight retailers to sign up/ pick up the SIM card on my behalf?
  
  Please come over in person, as the regulation requires the sign-up to be physically present with your identification documents. Find your nearest retailer here. If you cannot head down, sign up online and opt for eSIM or postal mail delivery!

Should be able to.. I just switch my dad's line auto recharge to Senior Plan..
Though successful or not, have to wait and see nxt month deduction..

Am there now. Hmmm- for me acceptable. I don’t do much surfing - only google map etc. Vinaphone and Vietnamobile both behaves quite erratically - dropping to 3g 20-30% of the time. Sometimes completely no signal. You’ve have to manually select the network if the one you’re on got no reception. At some places if you want to manually select Vietnamobile - the network name is “452 05”. If you are a heavy user - I think you better look elsewhere.
