Does Eight have a minimum lock in period w/o penalty fees after port in or can we just port out immediately to another telco/mvno?
Did you email them ask?mine is not working too, at the start can work, after ported in for one day also can work then after that suddenly could not work since yesterday.
Me too. Can't login using Passkey, OTP on the app or website this morning. Yesterday was ok.I’m facing issues logging into my My Account. I can’t receive the OTP, and the passkey isn’t working either. My email hasn’t received any reply. I saw a Facebook comment under one of the posts where their CS suggested that the user visit the service centre. This is really frustrating. There’s no system in place, and the CS are just copying and pasting responses…..

it is in the left menu under "profile". i also just successfully login with OTP amd create a new passkey.
Just tried! Now can receive otp alri asked since yesterday and no reply from them even until now.
but just now suddently i can receive OTP already. i think must be something wrong with their system which they are fixing it, therefore they did not even reply.
