Ya I saw that one then realise got lucky draw.
Wonder the other 4 service centre got lucky draw or not.
Probably not bah.
EIGHT likely held this at shopping mall to grab attention, hence more reason to just have the lucky draw there

Got a question. To upgrade plan to the $10.80 plan. Can go under billing and choose next plan upgrade? Or it is a must to use recharge function?
And when doing the upgrade, got to pay with cc or can deduct from account balance?

Eg. My plan renews on 14 June, if I choose the cheaper $10.80 plan in the app, will it take effect only 14 June and I continue to use my current plan?

Or it will makan away my previous plan and start the new $10.80 plan today?

How do I downgrade my plan?
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal cycle.

Log in to your eight account > Biling > Your next plan on auto renew: change to a lower tiered plan
Or visit any eight retailer
Your current plan will continue until the end of its 30-day cycle, after which the downgraded plan will begin. All plans are non-reversible and non-refundable

I did the port-in for the Dec 25 promo and as it was done on the 1st day of promo, i managed to do the 1-for-1 $88 topup on the 3rd day when the port in completed. For your case, it may be too late to go by this way, you may check with the staff whether 1-for-1 top up is eligible before the port in completed. But technically it should as the top up is done to your account, and once the port in completed, the only change in your account is the temp no. to your ported no., so the top up should still stay in the account.

can . look at my post below back at dec 2025 .

Last month port in failed due to some issue , went ahead to top up the temp number ($88 + $88) and get the free 3 months , finally port in to eight today . all good now . :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
