Yeah, I have confirmed with staff from comex, they said if you are with old plan, continue with old plan, else once you upgrade, you can't go back.

Buy from shopee/Lazada got to be careful, some is top-up plan of same name

I'm on $10.80 Value Eight plan.
Can see that $8 Double Eight plan is still a selectable option for next recharge as well as change of plan.
Didn't go through with it, so can't confirm for sure that the transaction will go through.

Perhaps their business intention is to remove the old options soon - so that's their official response.

$8 existing users also can see $10.80 recharge option as well in the app. Just no idea, if chose $10.80 already, can still revert back to $8 or not.

but my guess is, it is possible. (not tested).
i still have 6.75 years 'contract' with eight so i dare not to anyhow try. haha.

Can, i last week changed to 10.80 from $8. Now still can see old plan $8. Don't worry. As long as you don't go until new plan, old plan ($10.80 /$8) will forever be available.
