Early dementia got chance to apply LPA. Observe his behavior closely as certain time of the day, he should be normal. LPA requires a doctor to verify.
Pls advise me on the cpf nominations part.
Thanks.

Seems can do online.
New nomination, can do online but need 2 witnesses

Change nomination, no online.

What is your reason to change someone CPF nomination?

Recommend to have, not a must.

LPA
A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a legal document that allows someone (the Donor) to appoint one or more individuals (Donees) to make decisions on their behalf if they lose mental capacity. This can include decisions about personal welfare, property, and affairs. It's a way to plan ahead and ensure your wishes are respected if you become unable to make decisions for yourself.

A Will
Similar to LPA, however apply to someone (touchwood) passed on.
