Just tag along with additional feature.
Broadcast the naem and photo of the missing person.
And most importantly list the bounty on the person.

Best is to restrict dementia patients from venturing out on their own. If can get a maid to accompany the old man that would be better.

Nah it doesn’t, it just tells me where he is. So far he’s still ok, just some dizzy vertigo spells.
