Steam Space Exploration Sale ends 1am tomorrow our timezone.
Just saying if you are interested in getting Elite. Also if you want planetary landings and latest features, recommend to get the Deluxe Commander Edition Bundle.

The Enclave is drawing to a close, but we wanted to give you a heads-up of what this means ahead of tomorrow's planned GalNet article. Starting from tomorrow (8 August), the following will occur:

In light of the outstanding efforts from all the commanders who contributed to this endeavor, the Superpowers will begin to colonise more systems in the region over the next few weeks.
A newly-appointed Engineer, Chloe Sedesi, will be located in the planetary port, Cinder Dock (in Witch Head Sector DL-Y d17). She will be offering upgrades on Frame Shift Drives and Thrusters. Just like the engineers in Colonia, Chloe's abilities to engineer modules will increase the more commanders employ her services.
A Tech Broker and a Material Trader will be bringing their services to the planetary ports in Bray Landing (Witch Head Sector LC-V c2-9) and Ratchet Hub (Witch Head Sector EB-X c1-7).
This concludes The Enclave and with it comes a new broker recipe. Commanders across the galaxy will be able to create a unique Thargoid Interceptor Bobblehead.

yeah there's no Elite on local PSN sadly. there's a few threads on this on both the Frontier forum and on reddit as well. Best is to just make a US account and get it from the US PSN store.

Might explain why Frontier introducing the ARX credits in Sept. if you ever want to be a PS4 rep for the local Squadron let us know.

fleet carriers postponed till 2020

Here is a summary of our plans:
- From now and into next year (2020), the updates will focus almost exclusively on addressing recent and longstanding issues, including those reported in the Issue Tracker, ultimately making the game better.
- We are expecting to have a series of these updates, which will be rolled out (approximately) every three to four months.
- Each update will also include a public beta that will run prior to the update's release, with a dedicated time to address major issues that appear.
- The first of these updates will have its public beta in December, with an expectation that the launch will be early in 2020.

Only one of the two opposing Superpowers may be victorious in this Interstellar Initiative. Backing a specific Superpower will result in different rewards:

If the Empire are successful:
An Empire-affiliated Planetary Port will be added to the Upaniklis system.
From 5 December to 16 December, any Empire Rank will be earned at a double rate alongside a discount to Imperial ships.
A Rare Good, Apa Vietii, will be introduced and become available for purchase at the new Planetary Port.
'The Golconda' decal will be available to commanders who dock at the Planetary Port or the Empire megaship from 5 December to 16 December.
If the Federation are successful:
A Federation-affiliated Outpost will be added to the Upaniklis system.
From 5 December to 16 December, any Federation Rank will be earned at an double rate alongside a discount to Federal ships.
A Rare Good, Apa Vietii, will be introduced and become available for purchase at the new Outpost.
'The Golconda' decal will be available to commanders who dock at the Outpost or the Federal megaship from 5 December to 16 December.
