I saw an agent YT vids talking a shortcut walk from PC to Mrt before….within 10min

got overhead bridge next to PC in front of Regent Park then cut through the HDB... the bridge has been there for many years liao

During peak hour, can get on train at Clementi? I think it is already packed like sardine at JE. The crowd only dissipate when you reached Buona Vista.

i recalled peak hour got empty trains that comes out at Clementi towards city...

Cannot. Rainy days even worse. Wait till Tengah population starts to spike to full capacity and jam at Jurong East station. Clementi Dover practically hard to board.

Buona Vista got chance cos it's sharing with Circle Line.

The amount of people rushing for Bus 201 after the opening of the 3-4 new condos along AYE has made it the busiest / most packed bus amongst all the other buses at the station.

Shortcut means must use overhead bridge. If don't want to use overhead bridge must walk long cut through the big cross junction at Trilinq.

How many staying in a private property want to walk 10mins and climb overhead bridge?

The masses queuing for 154/201 says it all, maybe only 5-10% willing to walk. The rest either has their own private transport or take bus. I think for PC quite a number don't drive. The amount of ppl outside this condo waiting for bus is a lot compared to say the condos along west coast road.

I am going to ELTA showroom and my agent says at the same time can consider Clavon or PC, in case I cannot get ELTA. She seems pretty confident that ELTA will be popular

Clavon still have remaining units? They are side by side, no reason for it to be unsold unless it's a bad facing / level. afaik ground floor or 2nd floor condo ppl also buy one what

Why is it ok? it's far from mrt n no nan hua in 1km? Average 2.5 means can go 2.7 or 2.8. what's special? Just too much demand?

There are units in clavon txn done at 18xx to 20xxpsf. Since clavon is relatively new, will prefer clavon than Elta if it is launching at 2.5kpsf range.

Just buy integrated development better.. see them so tough stay so far mrt, pay the premium on top of mrt is best

First don't know why developer dont want to commit the distance to famous primary schools these days. I am having some doubts with regards to Nan Hua Pri in particular.

Second ELTA owners will be super pampered as they are going to have a shuttle bus going Clementi MRT station.

Third, Clementi MRT being an interchange in a few years will be a game changer as it links all the way to East side and all the way to airport. No more expensive grabs or petrol taking a car to fly overseas.

Last plot of land in Clementi liao and hence going to be the newest projects in this area.

First don't know why developer dont want to commit the distance to famous primary schools these days. I am having some doubts with regards to Nan Hua Pri in particular.

Second ELTA owners will be super pampered as they are going to have a shuttle bus going Clementi MRT station.

Third, Clementi MRT being an interchange in a few years will be a game changer as it links all the way to East side and all the way to airport. No more expensive grabs or petrol taking a car to fly overseas.

Last plot of land in Clementi liao and hence going to be the newest projects in this area.

Clavon is nearer to NHP, but no 1km. ELTA Confirm no 1km to NHP.
