I have no assets. But I believe it boils down to a few criteria.
1. Land size
2. Collective sale price
3.location, location, location
Windy heights is one of those old condos with potential, each unit is about 2000sqf. There were enbloc offers 1-2 years ago but didn’t get enough agreement from residents who love the spacious unit size

How about condos in CCR with enbloc potential ?
Pre-Application Feasibility Study (PAFS), the assessment would need to be submitted to the Land Transport Authority (LTA). What this means is, if your condo is located in an area with only single-lane roads (e.g. Windy Heights), LTA may override the URA-prescribed plot ratio and prescribe an even lower number of dwellings that can be built, effectively waving your en bloc goodbye.Windy heights is one of those old condos with potential, each unit is about 2000sqf.
