Encounters scammers on room rental groups in FB :(

I being surfing EDMW for long period.
My 1st post here... hello to all! :)
I need to rant/share a bit to bring awesomeness to all who are keen to know.

Recently posted my common room for rental on various FB groups.
Recommended to me by a friend who used it for his own tenant.
For the past 2-3 weeks, my job is to [ang wei] lonesome souls aka scammers.
They are very thoughtful type. Will check on you whether you taken BF/lunch/dinner etc.
Enquire on your job/daily lifestyle as well.
But when it was the viewing day, all disappeared & block my Whatsapp.
What do these people hope to gain?
Why not you try scam big & rich organizations instead?

Life already not easy for most people in SGP.
And yet these people exit.
Any thoughts on this?

Mebbe dey hoping u gib up and engage RES? Were all those peepur whom u were messaging on FB RES? Did u verify their registration on the CEA website? Have u signed exclusive with any of them to market your room rental? I hadn't done much room rental b4, but back in the day when sellers would be bombarded by calls from RESes whenever they post FSBOs (For Sale by Owner - no agents) to market their units exclusively.

Get an agent and get the serious job done professionally.

I have 146 pretty girls queuing to add me on Facebook as their friend... I don't even know how to choose, everyone of them also looks like socialites, influencers and supermodels...

Yes, ideal. giving myself another 1-2 weeks before engage one agent. Thanks
