i didnt advertise on fb, just carousell and other sites. then i had these "chinese" people keep whatsapp me
always claim to be one person looking to rent an entire house, saying their husband/wife/kid/worker/assistant will move in later always same story
but when you ask them to come down to view, they can never confirm
assumed they are from the same syndicate, cos a couple of times, while it is a different number, it had the same profile pic as the previous enquirer and their story is always the same..
encountered at least 4 to 5 times from this group..

My 1st post here... hello to all!
I need to rant/share a bit to bring awesomeness to all who are keen to know.

Recently posted my common room for rental on various FB groups.
Recommended to me by a friend who used it for his own tenant.
For the past 2-3 weeks, my job is to [ang wei] lonesome souls aka scammers.
They are very thoughtful type. Will check on you whether you taken BF/lunch/dinner etc.
Enquire on your job/daily lifestyle as well.
But when it was the viewing day, all disappeared & block my Whatsapp.
What do these people hope to gain?
Why not you try scam big & rich organizations instead?

Cos my buddy used fb to post for the past 10 yrs or so. All are ok. Plus he save on the comm to agent. Hence… I try using lor

I am just hoping that I can save a bit on the comm lor. But sad & disappointed that I need to face all these issues. …. Without my agent who can assist to help filter
