Any good single premium product with maturity up to max 4 years? FD maturing and looking to deploy it in somewhere with better yields.
Which 10 year endowment plan is better ?
Ocbc : pay 5 years (10k yearly) and 10 years later premium matured with guaranteed of 44,441 and non guaranteed of 17,981
Ntuc income: pay 5 years (10k yearly) and 10 years later premium matured with guaranteed of 54,203 and total of 58,864 (3.25%) or 63,895 (4.75%)
Looking at it, 2nd option is better.
Option 2 doesnt even 100% guaranteed ur capital upon maturity. But i will not look at such product.

10k/yr for 5 yrs. Wait 10 more years?
So pay 2021-2025, but payout at 2035?

Far as I can tell, 63,895 is not even 2.5% pa...
I agree with Value. Put in SA better.
Or if you're below 40yo, put in your parents SA/RA so its more liquid.
No, is payout at 2030 .
