As above. Confirm not gear as its still smooth and when I shift to n and step on the gas, the sound still there.

Did not do anything to the audio too.

Switch off Air Con and Radio and try the following:

1) Neutral Gear, Rev engine, Got sound?
2) When Moving, Got sound?

definitely not wheel bearings... when car not moving, i shift to neutral, then step on gas.. can hear it goes louder as RPM climbs.

transmission(gear box) not possible too right? since transmission not churning when car is not moving?

Most probably wheel bearing, had the same experience with my car 2 months back, tried off radio and wind down window to see if from left or right side...

TS already responded that car in neutral (i.e. not moving) and rev engine still have sound. How can it be wheel bearing?

I am no mechanic so what I say might not be correct but i think its likely belt problem. When did you last change your Water Pump/Timing Belt?

5 years old car, never change before.... timing belt is chain type iirc.

so i should check the air con/pump belt etc?

Yes, you should check if the belt is worn out. Regardless, you should change the belt since your car is already 5 years.
