I don't get it. What happened that the engine oil managed to get into the fuel system?

It's not engine oil......its fuel addictive that suppose to keep engine clean like STP fuel system cleaner etc

That's probably the run in factor plus later ECU adapts to your driving style. :)

My meter shows 11-12km/l. i am left with 20% petrol. And totally distance travelled was 290km. By right 41l full tank should be able travel 440km correct? Something not right correct? Any advise bro?

Run to full tank and see what the FC is?

Gauge may not be accurate.

Meter is inaccurate. You don't count FC simply by looking at the meter.

Your 08 Sienta pump 92 can Liao if I m not wrong a lot of Toyota jdm model in the last decade factory recommends 92.

10 or 12 won’t make alot of difference lah. The price you paid for the car and whether it breaks down would make much more difference to the total costs of vehicle ownership.

Your engine same as vios. How to have engine knocking?

Some of the 2nd gen Vios have this engine knocking sound at 2.2k rpm. Not sure if it's due to heat. I have this issue too.

I pump min. 95 and jb 97.

Factors affecting the car FC:-
1. Balancing of the tires and rims : so that less energy loss (5%)
2. Engine oil and servicing: (5%)
3. Driving habits: (10%)
4. The car been running smooth (the more you run the smoother) (5%)

Above are the variables depending on user.
Simple example: some user get only 11km/l and some user can get 14km/l
