Lol, meanwhile GOMO isn't one time use only

Good news! There is currently no cap to the number of times you can re-install your GOMO eSIM! You can re-install your eSIM on the same device or transfer it to another device using the same QR code you get when you sign up for GOMO with no additional charges. Remember, your eSIM can only be installed on one device at a time.

Sianz, only for re-contract and new sign-up. If existing contract, need to pay $10.90
One time usage only, anything else is $10.90. lol, SingTel never allow eSIM transfer like US carrier that was in built with the iPhone. 😅

Gomo (Singtel) comes with free esim transfer (no limit was stated in tnc/qna). I have made a handful of transfers within first few days of my sub. :p

Gomo, vivifi and to some extent, myrepublic provides free service provided you archive your stuff

Gomo - https://gomo.sg/esim

Good news! There is currently no cap to the number of times you can re-install your GOMO eSIM! You can re-install your eSIM on the same device or transfer it to another device using the same QR code you get when you sign up for GOMO with no additional charges. Remember, your eSIM can only be installed on one device at a time.

Vivifi - https://help.vivifi.me/hc/en-us/articles/24969420961945-FAQ-on-eSIM

Once the eSIM has been deleted, you may set up the eSIM again on your new device.

Log in to your VIVIFI account > Manage > SIM Management to retrieve the eSIM QR. Refer to this guide to set up the eSIM on your device.

Please note that the eSIM can only be active on one device at a time. You are allowed up to 3 free downloads regardless of the device. A SIM replacement fee of $5.50 (inclusive of GST) will apply if you require more than 3 downloads.

Myrepublic - https://myrepublic.net/sg/legal/mobile/esim/

5.3 Each user is given 2 free downloads of the eSIM profile. Charges (as set out in Clause 7 below) will apply for each subsequent download after the 2 free downloads have been utilised.

5.4 There is a limit of 4 successful installations per eSIM. If a user has maxed out the number of installations allowed for an eSIM, an eSIM replacement will be required and the respective charges set out in Clause 7 shall apply. eSIM profile download charges will also apply where applicable (i.e. for the 3rd and each subsequent download of the eSIM profile for each mobile line).

5.5 For the avoidance of doubt, each installation of an eSIM profile counts as a new installation, and also counts towards the limit of 4 successful installations per eSIM.

Maybe there are others but kinda lazy to search already

"Should" but should they?

Reality is business can't wait to prey on you and feast on your bones if they can
If customers are satisfied, that's good for business too, and they can justify investment in tech based on real ROI. As it is, businesses must have come out with bogus justification for investing in poorly implemented tech.

But I was earlier speaking from customer's pov.

Ya, not disagreeing with you.

If they prioritize customers over KPI then that's a good thing.
Then if customer supports them, it's a double good thing

But then, when finance people take over and the company has to report to stakeholders, whoever jumps onto the customer satisfaction train is most likely to be the person committing career suicide. :(
