Under settings->more->mobile network->enhanced 4g lte mode.

I assume it's working only. Cos when I made phone call phone stays on lte+, didn't switch to 3g. My OnePlus 5 switches to 3g when making calls. Some phone will show volte logo. So not sure how to tell for this phone. My guess is looking at the network when making calls.
