haha. for me i don't want to bother with selling the phone or posting on carousell for just break even. need to spend time as well. I have no wish to flip the phone for a profit as well. so refund is the easiest for me. Anyway not a huge amount of money, can wait. No need to take a loss for nothing. haha.

Have you tried the return option in the prime now app? There's a button there in the order, not sure what it does but most probably return the item to amazon while still in shipping.

EDIT: But a bit strange. If can do that on the app than why need to contact CS to cancel when you can do it within the app? Why CS say need to contact them again?

I've not though. Cause I think that's for when you receive the item already and want to return? I want to have them cancel it before I get the item. One of the reps did tell me they scheduled a reminder on their end to contact the courier once they get notified when then item reach SG. Then ask them to return the item. Save me some trouble. Hopefully that will be the case. According to UPS tracking the shipping seems quite fast.

I used the Prime Now app too ya. A friend of mine who used prime now as well got UPS as well. The estimated delivery date is not that far off though. So not a big deal. haha. Share pics once you've received yours. I think the matte gray finishing is probably the best looking version so far.

Sure. I've checked, mine was schedule to deliver on 23 Aug, Thursday, 1900 - 2200, I've reschedule to 1500 -1800 instead, that is the only office hour available, 1000 - 1300 cannot be selected.

Lucky you! DHL has always had the fastest delivery for Amazon in my experience; getting assigned to them during free shipping is like striking a mini lottery haha
