Hi,
I am wondering if anyone can help me with the below issue.
Currently using Asrock Z170 Extreme 4 with Windows 10 Home Edition 1909 (updated on 21 Dec 2019).
The issue started on 15 Jan 2020 when my ethernet adapter (Intel Ethernet Connection (2) I1219-V) disable by itself. I tried to enable it thereafter, but was not able to. PC will experience BSOD (power state driver failure) when I try to reboot after (have to wait 5 mins for every reboot). After reboot, it will be fine for a few hours (sometimes 1 day no issue) but the issue will always resurface again.
I try to isolate the problem by connecting to the modem direct instead. But the issue is still there. So not router problem.
I tried upgrading my ethernet driver, first by using Update Driver in Device Manager, then from Intel website. I uninstall all ethernet drivers and download the mobo version from Asrock website as well, but still doesn't resolve the issue.
I tried setting "Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power" under power management as well. I tried Network Reset, netsh winsock reset, ipconfig release/renew and flushdns...however all the above doesn't solve the problem.
Anyone have any experiences with this?
