They are not queuing per say as the barriers are not up yet. However, if you observe carefully, they are all sitting at the benches outside the Store and they have already notified the Staff that they are here first.

I suggest you wait and see what happens after the store closes at night.

Why dulan?

I find the review a very accurate description of the phone.

He didn't bash it, but said what is true that it requires Apps to harness what the phones can do, especially in the AR spectrum.

After all, what a phone can do has pretty much reach a tipping point where it's gonna be hard to improve as much on say a camera as before.

Seems like for most cases, Face ID is faster than the lock animation. You can probably swipe before the animation is complete and the phone will still unlock.

once the barrier is up and you go queue in front of them, they will confirm turn hostile and you can't win them since they got numbers.

Best not to cut la.

If other people just cut infront when you've been around for 4 days, you will also vent your anger regardless.

Maybe police come, the queue cutter just board ambulance. Although they will also get hand-cuffed.

but to be honest, no1 knows who is there first unless apple hand out the numbers and set up the fencing. without the fencing and apple handing out queue numbers. its seem like its free for all. not everyone reads this forums lol. any Tom dick harry can just decide to queue on thursday afternoon/evening lol

Japan is using the exclusive A1902 model whose camera shutter sound cannot be disabled.

HK and China both get the superior A1865 model.

1. Japan model have always on camera shutter sound due to their law
2. Dubai model has their Facetime disabled again due to their law.
3. Europe/UK model still got the ugly FCC labels.

The next best for us (let’s say we don’t not talking about our local set A1901) will be HK set A1865 like you said, using Qualcomm modem + cheaper RRP.

Another first quick experience review

Close up of the two colours, look and decide before Telco booking start, registration of face took less than 10s (compared to TouchID registration) and FaceID unlock it’s so fast.

Darker trim for the stainless steel for space grey.

World first unboxing, apparently this tech blog paid USD$5000 for the silver X just to get it before anyone else, even before CNET Turkey he said. Even with sunglasses, the faceID will still work.

It's actually an agreement that smartphone makers have with their govt and not an actual law
