How come the exchange rate is more than current rate that from google search, displayed on Channel News Asia market info and heard from Radio 958 which is around 1 SGD to 23.62 NTW

Hahaha... Don't know why also... You can Google for Money Changer Singapore, then use one of the link to check rate of current money changer rate...

I think sometimes the rate from mid market may not reflect actual exchange rate at moneychanger...

I heard money changer rates are better at Taiwan. Is it true that should bring SGD there to change instead of withdrawing from Youtrip/Revolut ATM?

no more true since covid-19. change at moneychangers here gives the best rates now, even better than utrip, revolut, etc.

Anyway, just checked Visa Exchange Rate converter online and it's showing 1 SGD = 23.536929 TWD...

Will ask my wife to go change some more TWD since some money changer showing 24.25... guess this trip will be using cash...

i changed quite abit when it was 24.95 in April! LoL
then until now i haven't plan any Taipei trips as i have been going HK for some events.
