normally asked for more, they would say no ...
even for 2k ...
maybe if 5k, then can negotiate wit them for better rates ?

I try to avoid changing 5k or more at one shot, might break down the amount, last time had to take quite a while to record my IC details

same here ... normally would change like 1k 2k if changing alot when combing with friends ...
