So if u do not have time, change it in tw.

Do not take the highest.
Highest is how much u are paying the bank to get 1sgd.

If change in TW, at current rates, 30ntd about 1.50, still beats return on our public transport.

Not sure if there will be any political demonstration in Taipei now that the President has lost quote a fair share. Perhaps the exchange rate will be more favorable as well?
