Can anyone confirm Taiwan DBS Foreign Exchange Rates is look at cash "bank buy"? How much Taiwan DBS take from each exchange transaction?

If change 3K SGD confirm at Taiwan will get better rate? Noted that SG giving around 21.8 while Taiwan 22.2.

Lastly, will Taiwan DBS reject accepting SGD note? Had experience in other country and resulted us going banks to banks to seek for exchange.

2,185.90 USD give you 66980.34 TWD

Issue with the above is for sure 3k SGD can't give you 2185.9 USD

Straight taiwan DBS
3000 SGD give you 66918 TWD.

So why change USD? can enlighten me

No better rates even if 10k. This is a bank, not your neighbourhood money changer. So do note.
